London, England, September, 2007 – The superlative technical team at Ascent Media’s London facility has unanimously chosen Avastor as it’s preferred media storage solution.  In particular, the Avastor triple interface HDX 800 is the top choice for encoding and distributing audio and video material throughout the Soho post-production center and for delivering finished masters to its clientele. The scope of the data stored on the Avastor drives ranges from standard definition or HD video to audio files containing 5.1 mixes and transfers from restoration projects.
